J. Patrick Magill:  
Mr. Magill earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston and began his career in the construction and manufacturing industries. Over the last twenty-five years, Mr. Magill has held senior positions in a publicly traded integrated healthcare company, a partnership for an investment banking group and a clinical research company as chief executive officer. Mr. Magill is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and is Senior Partner of MCR Capital Advisors, LLP.

Tom A. Colvin:  
Mr. Colvin brings over twenty years of experience, more than half with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), working with companies in a multiplicity of industries, including retail and commercial banking, capital markets, trade finance, transportation, energy and communications. Mr. Colvin's expertise as business architect and enterprise strategist has included mergers and acquisitions, business startups, customer relationship management, information technology and operations strategy, as well as project and program management. Mr. Colvin earned a BS in Chemical Engineering at Louisiana Tech University and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.

Arthur L. Rice:  
Mr. Rice has over forty years of experience in multiple industries. After earning a management degree from the Walter Heller School of Commerce at Chicago's Roosevelt University, Mr. Rice spent several years in the manufacturing and construction equipment industries. Beginning in 1970, Mr. Rice began a thirty year career in the health care industry including consulting services to the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, as well as executive positions at Life Systems and Service Corporation, The Dallas Group, Inc., Texas Instruments, BSD Medical Corporation, American Affiliation of Visiting Nurse Associations, Hospital HomeCare Corporation and Medical Innovations, Inc. Currently, Mr. Rice is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Arapaho HealthCare Resources and Senior Partner of MCR Venture Partners, LP.
